Rentals

Pool Party Rentals

 

Tara pool may be rented, by club members only, for hosting birthday parties, parties for sport teams, or any other parties.  All parties must be booked through the board member who chairs this position.  The following rules apply for party rental.

 

The Following Stipulations Apply

On Mondays the pool is closed and can be used for private parties between 10:00 am and 4:00 pm or after 6:30 pm. Rental fee is $150 for parties up to 25 swimmers and up to 2 hours. This fee includes two lifeguards. Additional fees apply for larger parties and/or longer hours. Renter will be charged an additional $12.50/hour for each additional guard needed.

 

Parties during the week:

 

Non Peak Hours:

Tuesday through Friday after swim team practice until 4 pm or after 6:30 pm: No time limit; only two parties concurrently.

The deck will be reserved for your party.

 

Peak Hours:

Tues through Thursday or after 6:30 pm also Saturday & Sunday: Parties are limited to 15 Swimmers; no time limit. Only 2 parties concurrently. The deck will be reserved for your party.

 

• There will be a flat rate of $50.00 for all parties held Tues– Sun.

PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING RULES APPLY TO ALL SWIM PARTIES

    1. Groups larger than 25 swimmers must have their parties on Mondays when the pool is closed.  This is intended for ball teams, class parties, and large birthday parties.  A refundable security fee of $75 dollars is required.  It will be refunded if no damage is done.
    2. All parties must end at their scheduled ending time.  You will be notified 15 minutes in advance of your ending time so that you may start picking up your belongings.
    3. You are responsible for any damage done to Tara Club property from any of your party guest.  Children attending swim parties must stay with in the pool area and be supervised.

 

Club House Rentals

The Tara club house is available for rental.  It may be rented by both members and non members.  The club house is not rented during the summer months of June, July and August.  However there have been some exceptions.  Check with the person who is in charge of rental if you have any questions.  In order to rent the club house you must sign a rental agreement.

September through April is our busy rental season, and the club house can accommodate many different functions.  The Tara Club is conveniently located in the middle of town.  Renters are to provide their own catering.

Party rentals rates are $125/members and $150/non-members.  There is a security deposit of $100 dollars and a clean up fee of $50 dollars.  If there is no damage done your security deposit will be returned.
